What is an “On Demand” ?
If you can’t attend the live webinar, simply go for the ‘on-demand webinar’ for the same price! Now, the live webinar recording will be saved in a cloud storage for you to access anytime from anywhere. On demand session is when we conduct the webinar as per your available dates after the live training. You will get access to the training for 24 hours.
What is an “Recording – Single Licence” ?
If you can’t attend the live webinar, simply go for the ‘Recording – Single Licence’ for the same price! Now, the live webinar recording will be saved in a cloud storage for you to access anytime from anywhere and webinar link will be received after the 24 hour for 7 days.
What is a Transcript?
Transcript is a word to word description of the webinar recording with its handouts in a PDF format.
What is a Web Download ?
Web Download includes the access to the recording of the webinar with its handouts. We will send you a link on your e-mail, by which you can download the MP4 file and save it on your desktop to play it as per your convenience.

When will I receive my program materials information?

I can’t make the event at the scheduled time. Can I transfer my event to a colleague or view the event at a later time?
If for any reason you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time, you can transfer your event by sending an email to support@sermonorbit.com. Remember to provide the participant’s name and contact details, so we can get in touch with them. All our events are recorded and made available online. If you’d like to view the missed event, support@sermonorbit.com, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
How do I ask a question to the presenter?
During the live Webinar, the program moderator will provide instructions on how you can ask questions via your telephone. Usually last 10-15 minutes of the Webinar is kept for question answer session.
How long will it take to receive my Webinar products?
Transcripts are delivered via email within 1 week after the live program takes place. On Demand, Recording – Single Licence, Web Download delivered via email within 24hour after the live program takes place.

How do I download the presentation materials and associated exhibits?
The material is usually uploaded on the website 24 hours prior to the conference time. You’ll receive instruction with password for that as soon as material is available for download and also via email in your register email id .
In case I am not able to attend a live event, then what?
We will replay the audio conference for you on date and time convenient to you. All you need to do is – contact our customer support.
